There are a lot of details to constructing a custom home. Everyone on our team has a great responsibility and takes pride in what they do regardless of how big or small the job. We are a well orchestrated team that enjoys each and every part of our jobs. Our customers who have gone through our process of construction realize that everyone they meet is proud to be a part of Fruci Construction.
We know that custom home construction can have its hick ups. We have made it our mission to continue to perfect our process to avoid any hick ups. This will insure that the project will run smooth. In the end we have a better home and a better experience.
Communication is a great strength of ours. We want our customers to be involved and we will communicate on what we are doing from day to day.
Our construction team has over 25 years experience in construction and we have extensive experience in construction materials for structural and cosmetic applications.
We have one of the best subcontractor and vendor bases that Spokane has to offer. All of our subcontractors have great track records for service and quality.
We will typically build 7 to 12 homes a year between $600,000. And $1,500,000
